We don't offer instant provisioning to keep abusers off our nodes, therefore your newly ordered VPS will be up and ready within a few hours after payment. The setup process may be delayed a few extra hours if your order needs to be reviewed manually by our billing department. However, we generally provision most machines within 1-2 hours.

We own all our hardware and purchase our servers brand new and directly from the manufacture. We utilize Dell PowerEdge R710 servers equipped with two Intel Xeon E56XX series processors with RAID-10 technology and at least 24 GB of RAM. We also utilize the fastest hard drives available on the market at 15K RPM.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

Our servers are housed and located in 3 facilities across the United States.  Locations include Los Angeles, Dallas, New York City. Package pricing is the same for all three locations. For more information, please check out our network and data center page.

We do not offer IPv6 alongside IPv4 at this time although we will be making the transition in the near future.

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisified within the first 14 days, simply contact our billing department requesting cancellation and we will refund your money. This guarantee does not apply to accounts who abuse our terms of service.

Some of these distributions may not appear during checkout. Please keep in mind that after signing up, you can easily adjust the OS to your liking within minutes through our control panel. We have both 32 bit and 64 bit distributions available.

Don’t see your desired OS/distribution? We will attempt to install any OS template on request as long as it’s compatible; contact us for more details.

Our customers are eligable to purchase cPanel licenses at a discounted rate of $10/month.

As a courtesy to our customers, we offer basic management and support meaning we will answer any support related questions you may have. However, our Xen VPS packages shouldn’t be considered fully managed and we would highly recommend the purchase or installation of a control panel if you are not a Linux guru.

This does not apply to our hybrid servers and our managed packages; these come fully managed by our support staff.

No. We are completely Linux-based at this time.
