- What payment methods do you accept?

- Do I get a discount for paying for longer periods?
If you purchase a package for longer than a month (on most packages) you will recieve a discount on the monthly price. Pricing varies depending on the package.

- Are you able to create a custom shared or reseller hosting plan for me?

- If I outgrow the plan I am on, how do I upgrade?
Simply open a ticket with our support or billing department and we will get you upgraded ASAP.

- How can I transfer to you from my current web host?
Contact our support department and we will transfer you over free of charge. Our support team will need your FTP information from your old host so be sure not to cancel right away. We can move one site over from another host; if you want extra transfers, then we can transfer them over for a small fee.
Please note the free transfer is only applicable within the first 30 days.

- Do you have an uptime guarantee?
If your website is not up 99.9% of the time, we will refund a percentage of your monthly payment. If we do not honor 99% uptime, we will refund your monthly payment in full. More information can be found on our 'guarantees' page.

- Do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee?
We do indeed offer a 30-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to try out our services and if for any reason you are not satisified, we will refund your money within the first 30-days. We promise to provide you with the best service possible and we stand by our products. This guarantee does not apply to accounts who abuse our terms of service.

- Where are your servers located?
All our servers are located in Dallas, Texas USA. We intend on offering servers located in the UK in the near future.

- What are your typical server specifications?
Our sservers are all equipped with Quad Core Processors. The servers have a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and the connection speed on our servers is at 100 MBPS.

- What operating systems do you use?
All our servers use CentOS which is based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux. We do not offer Windows based servers at this time.

- Do you offer a control panel?
We use the state-of-the-art control panel "cPanel." cPanel is the #1 web hosting control panel in the world. It is very user-friendly and includes many features.
