It has been almost a year now and it's been headache free for most of the time. We had some difficulties when I first transfered over but these were quickly resolved by their support staff. Thankfully, I haven't had a problem since. They maybe more expensive than your average host but you get exactly what you pay for!

I transfered to Kazila from iPower (which I wont go into detail about my nightmare) after finding them on Web Hosting Talk. With the amount of competiton, it's hard to tell which host is good and which is bad. Under their 30-day money back guarantee, I decided to try them out.
After signing up, I moved my files over and I had an issue connecting to my MySQL database. Paulo from their support staff was so kind and curtious and fixed my issue within a few minutes. It turned out, It was a mistake on my end. I didn't completly setup the new database. Anyway, my site has been running fine for the past 4 months and I am so happy I left iPower. Best hosting company ever!

After getting back into websites after a good few years away I started looking around for a host and by chance stumbled across Kazila, I have got to say its got to be one of the best finds for me of this year. I bought a script that I wanted to use for my website and started to install but due to me not knowing 100% what I was doing I was faced with porblems, it was at this point Nate from Kazila support stepped in and went over and above the call of duty to help me out.
I would often submit my E-mail with my problem early evening (UK time) and often within the hour Nate had guided me in the right direct for how to get my script to work. Obviously this is something I didnt expect help with as it wasnt hosting related but was very greatful. As for the uptime, well what can you say, other than the fact that it has never been down whilst I have had my account (nearly 6 months) not even a flicker during their recent server transfer. It just speaks for itself, couple this together with fantastic speed and great prices, Kazila really do have everything you need!!
